Jade Immigration Advisers is where your New Zealand journey begins. Based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, I'm currently completing further study towards re-licensing as an Immigration Adviser, expected mid-2027. While I'm not able to provide licensed immigration advice during this time, I'm still here — read on for what I can help with now, and how to stay in touch for when I'm back.

With over 15 years of leadership experience within Immigration New Zealand, I understand the immigration system from both sides. I'm currently completing the Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice and am not able to provide immigration advice until I'm re-licensed, expected mid-2027.

In the meantime, I'm happy to refer you to another licensed immigration adviser, or point you towards publicly-available information on your options. You're not just another case number to me — once I'm licensed, I look forward to taking the time to understand your individual circumstances and help you find the best pathway, whether you're looking to study, work, invest, or make New Zealand your permanent home..

  • The name Jade Immigration Advisers honours New Zealand's precious pounamu (jade), a stone deeply woven into the cultural fabric of Aotearoa. In Māori tradition, pounamu represents strength, wisdom, and protection - qualities that resonate deeply with the immigration journey. Just as this treasured stone has guided and protected people for generations, I am here to guide and support you through your own transformative journey to New Zealand.

  • Our logo embodies this philosophy through flowing, organic shapes that mirror jade's natural beauty. I’m Lisa, I have a passion for changing lives through immigration.

I hold nearly 20 years' experience in the immigration sector, including senior roles within Immigration New Zealand. While I complete the Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice — I expect to be licensed in mid-2027. Until then, I'm not able to provide immigration advice, but I remain closely engaged with the sector and this website stays active so you know where to find me.

What drives me? Helping people build better futures for themselves and their families.

  • When I'm not helping clients with their immigration goals or financial planning, you'll find me enjoying the beautiful Bay of Plenty lifestyle – spending time with family and friends, out on a bike ride, or on the golf course.

While I'm between licences

I'm not able to provide immigration advice while my Graduate Diploma is underway and I have no supervising adviser. Here's what I can do in the meantime:

- Refer you to another licensed immigration adviser
- Point you towards publicly-available information on immigration processes and requirements

I'm not able to prepare or review application documentation while unlicensed. I look forward to being able to work with you directly again once I'm re-licensed, expected mid-2027.
